Licensing Update Alerts

Use a new option in the Mastercam Updates dialog box to toggle licensing update alerts. The options in the dialog box work as follows:

• If you select Show new licensing update alerts, Mastercam will display alerts whenever it finds licensing updates for your Mastercam installation.

• If you deselect Show new licensing update alerts, Mastercam will not display license update alerts.

• If you select Automatically check for updates, Mastercam checks for both Mastercam and license updates. The Check Now button at the bottom of the dialog also checks for both Mastercam and license updates.

• If you deselect Automatically check for updates, Mastercam stops checking for Mastercam application and Mastercam license updates

To find the Mastercam Updates dialog box:

1. Click File in Mastercam’s main menu.

2. Click Help in the list on the left.

3. Click the Check for Updates button.
