Line Length Controls in Thread Mill

When you enter values into the new Line length controls, Mastercam constructs a line perpendicular to the entry and exit moves. You can also use this feature to enable and disable cutter compensation outside of the diameter to be machined. You would do this where the hole diameter is too small for the moves to take place within the machining area.

To enable the Line length options, deselect the Start at center and/or End at center check boxes.
