Automatic Tilting Support

Automatic tilting is now supported for bull-nose end mills. Use the automatic tilting-collision-control strategy to more easily create collision-free 5-axis motion. Previously this strategy was supported only for spherical tools. You can now use shorter bull-nose tools and still get smooth 5-axis tilting, without needing to fine-tune the tool axis strategy.
