Added Support for Deburr Slot Mill Chamfer

New tool support for Deburr 3 and 5-axis toolpaths include Slot Mill with an Upper corner and or Lower corner chamfer, commonly referred to as a backside chamfer tool. Deburr will utilize both the upper and lower geometry of the tool to deburr edges.

This is useful for:

• Using Slot Mills with corner geometry to deburr edges.
