Rotary Advanced Finishing Tool Orientation Enhancements

A new option for the Rotary Advanced Finishing Machining strategy lets you manually adjust the tool angle for more efficient machining. Previously, the tool would stay normal to the surface, but deselecting Normal to conical surface allows you to enter a Tool angle to tilt the tool. The image below shows that with a manual angle applied, the tool is tilted off the tip and towards the auger blade.

This is useful for working with conical parts, like extrusion augers. Previously, the tool would always be normal to the cone surfaces; now it can be manually tilted to maximize finishing efficiency.
